  • Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
  • If returning due to a defect or wrong item, please provide photos as proof, and we will cover the return shipping cost.

5. Exchanges
